Dematics Technology is a Thane-based manufacturer of industrial food processing machinery, specialising in chikki making machines, peanut processing equipment and flow wrap packing machines. From our works at Udyog Vihar Industrial Estate, Vithalwadi (West), Thane, we design, fabricate, test and service machines that power sweet and snack production units across India.

Every Dematics machine begins with a simple question: will this run reliably, shift after shift, in a real Indian production unit? That thinking shapes our engineering choices — heavier fabrication where it matters, food-grade stainless steel on every product-contact surface, standard electrical components that any local electrician can service, and mechanisms designed so a regular operator can run the machine after basic training.
We design, fabricate, assemble and trial-run every machine at our own works in Thane. Before dispatch, each machine is tested with actual product wherever possible, so what reaches your factory is proven, not just assembled.
Some customers come to us for one machine — a jaggery crusher, a roaster, a packing machine. Many others ask us to plan their entire plant. Because we manufacture every stage of the chikki and peanut processing line ourselves, we can match capacities across machines, plan your factory layout for smooth material flow, and commission the line as one integrated system.
